Pies -N- Thighs
You may want to check out this southern style food spot called Pies -N- Thighs, located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Trust me; as a southern myself it’s pretty good! I tried their Fried Chicken Box: three pieces of chicken with a buttermilk biscuit and a choice of side. For my side, I got the cheese grits and everything was very satisfying! I also tried the peach cobbler and it was appetizing.
They are open from 9 a.m to 12 a.m for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Closed 4 to 5 p.m. Prices are reasonable. Here is their address:
