Anyone that knows me personally, knows that I am a lover of massages and will testify loudly that it is essential to your health. It relieves stress, tension, and relaxes your muscles; nonetheless, make sure you are treated by a professional.

I think everyone should get a massage and a facial at least once a month if you can afford it.  In fact, I had a membership with Massage Envy for 55 dollars a month for a year.  Also, there are some sites that have great deals such as, Living Social and Groupons.  I got a deal for a 50-minute organic facial, a 65-minute massage, and lunch all for $115 dollars with Eden Day Spa.  It was so worth it.

As soon as I arrived I was immediately checked in. They provided me with slippers and told me to change into a robe that was placed in my locker.  Next, I was taken to a room to get my facial and then off to another one to get my massage, which turned out to be a hot stone massage. It all ended with me resting in a nice lounge, eating a chicken salad sandwich.  I had a great experience with Rebecca (my esthetician), Jennifer (my masseuse), and overall the spa. There are a few things they can update, like the clothing, but it’s not a deal breaker for me to go here again. Trust me I will. They have a new client.
