Mighty Quinn’s
“Slowed Cooked Barbecue”
Every time I have visited Mighty Quinn’s, there has been a line out the door, so expect a wait! It is in such high demand, and I know why. The Barbecue!! First, the layout of the restaurant is like a cafeteria, buffet style with a southern feel. You can see into the kitchen where things are made which I thought was cool. As you go through the line, there is a butcher to cut your meat, then you are to choose your sides, add anything else to your order, pay, and find a table. A quick process once you are finally in the place. Some of the things on their menu includes: Brisket, Pulled Pork, Spare Ribs, Chicken, Frites, Bread Pudding and more. I had the half chicken with the burnt end baked beans and (my partner in crime…haha) Antonio had the pulled pork sandwich with the sweet potato casserole. All items were very scrumptious especially the sweet potato casserole! I would totally recommend that item as a dessert. Overall, great quality food that makes you want to go back and try everything on the menu. I loved it!
